갈비탕 Galbitang - Beef Short Rib Soup (DF)

Stewed beef short ribs in a hearty beef broth, topped with jujube dates, vermicelli noodle (sweet potato starch), egg, and radish. Comes with 16 oz white rice. 
*Contains gluten! Our beef broth uses a very small amount of wheat flour! Unfortunately this cannot be substituted!

REHEATING RECOMMENDATIONS
Cook through in pot and add the vermicelli noodles a minute before you turn off the stove (noodles cook quickly). Or throw the whole soup into a bowl, add the vermicelli noodle, and warm through in the microwave.
