How does it work?

A new menu will drop on Thursday mornings every week and ordering will close on Saturday 5PM. Order on the website and deliveries will go out to the respective areas on Mondays and Tuesdays 3PM - 5PM. Everything is made fresh the morning of and most will be ready to eat as soon as you receive. A few dishes will be ready to cook so you can transfer the ingredients into the correct cookware and serve for friends and family. All the entree dishes can be reheated as the perfect midday lunch or weeknight dinner you didn't have the time to prep. Banchan and kimchi are your best veggie starters or sides to any dish!


Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is $10 for all orders under $100. Delivery is waived for all orders $100 and over. 


When will I receive my order?

Orders will be delivered on Mondays and Tuesdays between 3PM - 5PM. Please check the delivery page to know which day we serve your delivery area. 


What if I am not in the delivery range?

We are a very small team but hope to expand soon! Sorry we can't reach everyone just yet. Please follow us on Instagram to stay posted about when we will start delivering to other areas in NYC!


Can I eat it right away?

Yes! With the exception of a few dishes that are labeled "ready-to-cook", all dishes will be ready to be eaten as soon as you receive it. If you are not eating it right away, please refrigerate your food immediately and reheat for a great, easy lunch/dinner! 


Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations can me made for a full refund until ordering closes at Saturday 5PM. Make sure to email us with your order number. 


How do I dispose of my containers?

Most of our containers (even the clear tops that look like plastic!) are all commercially compostable, which means they can be processed in NYC's brown and orange bins. Unfortunately, they are not meant for your backyard composting. The few plastic deli containers we use can all be reused or recycled.
