두부튀김 Fried Tofu with Seaweed Soy Sauce (GF, DF, VG)

Fried tofu and mushrooms in a starch batter with a really good seaweed soy sauce dip. 

REHEATING RECOMMENDATIONS
Microwave best for this dish! This batter does better with moisture, even though it won't result in a crispy texture. After heating, pour some of the dip on top to let it soak in the flavors. 

INGREDIENTS
Tofu, shiitake mushrooms, trumpet mushrooms, potato starch, sweet potato starch, corn starch, canola oil. GF soy sauce, carrot, scallion, sesame oil, gochugaru, sesame seeds, sugar, dried seaweed.
