양지수육 Cold Brisket with Scallion Salad (GF, DF)

This is a cold lean brisket dish that is eaten with our scallion sauce, slightly sweet, vinegary, and savory from the soy sauce. The meat is super tender as its simmered for two hours with spices including ginger and onion. Sauce is packaged separately- pour over the entire dish right before serving.
