연근 참깨 샐러드 Black Sesame Lotus Root Salad (GF, DF, V)

Crunchy lotus roots covered in a nutty sesame dressing. Believe it or not, there is a fair share of protein in this dish from the blended tofu we use as the base of the sauce. Just a touch of mayo and lemon to pull it all together.
