Not quite a meatball, nor a pancake. These fritters are balls of minced squid and shrimp that are pan-fried low and slow to get a nice even brown glow to them. Traditionally eaten as a banchan, but these are versatile- if you don't want to eat them with rice, throw them on top of your salads cold, or reheat them as a quick snack. 10 fritters in each container and an onion soy dipping sauce.
REHEATING RECOMMENDATIONS
All options work great for this one- microwave, low heat on pan over stovetop, air fryer, or oven at 300-350° until warmed through.
