파김치 Scallion Kimchi (GF, DF)

Scallion kimchi can be eaten fresh, or savor it and let it ferment longer. You can clear a bowl of rice fast with this one. Our personal favorite? A bite of scallion kimchi in between slurps of instant ramen noodles.
