육개장 Yukgaejang Spicy Beef Brisket Soup (DF)

This hearty soup is full of brisket, scallions, shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, Korean royal fern (similar to American fiddleheads), and sweet potato vermicelli noodles. Beaten eggs and sesame oil drizzled in at the end. The rich red color comes from the sauce we make with tallow and gochugaru, but this soup is not as spicy as it looks! Comes with 16 oz white rice. 
*Contains gluten! Our beef broth uses a very small amount of wheat flour! Unfortunately this cannot be substituted!

REHEATING RECOMMENDATION
Cook through in pot and add the vermicelli noodles a minute before you turn off the stove (noodles cook quickly). Or throw the whole soup into a bowl, add the vermicelli noodle, and warm through in the microwave.
