닭강정 Sweet & Spicy Chicken Dakgangjeong (GF)

Chicken thighs cut into pieces, coated in a starch batter, fried, and glazed in an addicting garlicky gochujang sauce. Spicy and finger-licking! Although it's fried, don't expect a super crunchy exterior as the batter absorbs the sauce and results in a chewy coating.
*Milk is used to tenderize the chicken and then fully rinsed before we cook it. We do not label it DF solely for this reason. 

REHEATING RECOMMENDATIONS 
Reheat in air fryer or oven at 300-350° until warmed through.
Watch carefully as sauce can
burn quickly!
