This is a boiled pork belly dish traditionally eaten on the day you make your kimchi as it pairs so well with salted cabbage. You can smell and taste a wide variety of spices in this dish, some of which are often used in herbal medicine. In this dish, we include all the wrap accoutrements:
• salted cabbage and pickled daikon radish for wraps
• GF ssamjang dipping sauce
• fresh garlic and peppers for an additional kick
REHEATING RECOMMENDATION
Bring pot of water to boil and blanch your pork for about 30 seconds to a minute. Or microwave with a spritz of water for at most, 30 seconds.
