등갈비 김치찜 Braised Pork Ribs & Aged Kimchi (GF, DF)

Our specially aged kimchi braised with pork ribs in an anchovy & kelp dashi broth. This is a great option if you want a leaner cut than pork belly. Cut or tear kimchi when serving. Eating with your fingers are a must for this dish!

REHEATING RECOMMENDATION 
Transfer to a wide pot/pan with broth to warm over stovetop. Or combine everything into a large bowl and microwave through.
