된장찌개 Soybean Paste Stew with Beef (DF)

The classic doenjang stew, this time with beef. Doenjang, fermented soybean paste, adds a little funk, and the veggies (zucchini, potato, onion, and tofu) are hearty. A little spicy! Comes with 16 oz white rice. 

REHEATING RECOMMENDATION 
Reheat soup over stovetop, or microwave. Rice is best reheated with a cover in the microwave, but throwing it in a pot with a splash of water will also do just fine.
