김치찌개 Kimchi Stew with Pork (GF, DF)

A classic Korean stew but our kimchi makes it especially delicious! Hearty with tofu, pork belly, onions, peppers, and topped with scallions. Spice level medium. Comes with 16 oz white rice. 

REHEATING RECOMMENDATION 
Reheat soup over stovetop, or microwave. Rice is best reheated with a cover in the microwave, but throwing it in a pot with a splash of water will also do just fine.
