두부 제육김치 Stir-Fried Kimchi and Pork with Tofu (GF, DF)

Our aged kimchi stir-fried with pork loin, rice cakes, scallions, and paired with tofu. Great as is, or serve with some rice on the side. Medium spice level.

REHEATING 
Give the kimchi pork a quick stir-fry over the stove and the tofu can be reheated by bringing it to a boil in a pot of water. Both also do great in the microwave.
