Roasted pork belly with a gochujang sauce, lightly sweetened with Korean plum extract. Not very spicy! Try it as a lettuce wrap or top your rice bowl with it!

REHEATING RECOMMENDATIONS 
Heat over non-stick pan or bake in oven at 300-350° until warmed through. Watch carefully as sauce may burn!
