Gochujang rice topped with bean sprouts, spinach, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, onions, and tofu. (Our gochujang sauce is specially made for vegan bibimbap, incorporating tomato and bell pepper into the sauce!)

REHEATING RECOMMENDATIONS
Warm in microwave or over the stove in a skillet with an extra drizzle of sesame oil.
