해물칼국수 Seafood Kalguksu Noodle Soup Kit (DF)

Our Seafood Kalguksu Kit includes our homemade beef broth, seafood variety (clams, shrimp, dried pollack fish), fresh veggies (zucchini, onions, scallion), and wheat noodles. This dish will be delivered uncooked with cooking instructions. Please cook within 3 days of delivery. Please keep seafood in freezer if you don't plan to cook it on the day of delivery. 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 
Bring broth to boil. Add seafood, noodles, zucchini and onions. Cook for about 5-8 minutes until noodles are soft and chewy. Take off heat, top with scallions and serve.
