Offering two types of scallion pancake batter for you to make at home: Kimchi Scallion Pancake and Seafood Scallion Pancake. Our Seafood Scallion Pancake has shrimp, squid, and oysters. We've developed our own gluten-free pancake mix which uses rice flour as its base. This dish will be delivered uncooked with cooking instructions. We recommend using the batter within two days in the fridge and freezing it if you have any leftover. Or freeze right upon delivery and thaw it the night before you want to cook it.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat up pan and use any type of high-heat cooking oil (we recommend avocado or canola oil). Please do NOT skimp on the oil! More is better for this. Ladle
batter into the oil and gently spread. Smaller pancakes will be easier to flip and
result in fewer hot oil splatters!
