조개 시금치 된장국 Spinach & Clam Soybean Paste Soup (GF, DF)

Light, warming soup with spinach and clams. Doenjang, fermented soybean paste, is filtered through a sieve to create a clean umami broth. Not spicy, and is accompanied with 16 oz white rice. 

REHEATING RECOMMENDATION 
Reheat soup over stovetop, or microwave. Rice is best reheated with a cover in the microwave, but throwing it in a pot with a splash of water will also do just fine.
