박초이 김치 Bok Choy Kimchi (GF, DF)

This is a quick pickled kimchi that is great eaten fresh. Little spicy, with some gochugaru flakes and a splash of fish sauce. 

INGREDIENTS
Bok choy, onions, jalepenos, fish sauce, gochugaru, white vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, sugar, sesame seeds.
