동치미 Dongchimi Kimchi (GF, DF, VG)

Dongchimi is a water kimchi with chunks of radish and slices of napa cabbage. So refreshing to spoon some brine as a side to your meals. Do like the locals, and drink straight from the bowl. If you have any buckwheat noodles in your pantry, this also serves as a great broth for cold noodles! 
*We have a very limited amount of this kimchi since it is packaged in larger jars. Get it before it's gone!
