Spicy simmered rice cakes, a popular Korean street food! This dish will be delivered uncooked with cooking instructions. Feel free to throw in any rice if you have enough broth at the end, or any type of cooked noodle. We can remove the fish cakes and sub with extra veggies to make it gluten free. 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 
Drain and rinse rice cakes. Add broth and rice cakes to a pot and cook on med-high. Once boiling, cook on med-low for a few minutes until rice cakes start to float to top. Add the remainder of ingredients and simmer until liquid has thickened and rice cakes are soft and have absorbed flavor from the broth (about 7-10 min).
