가지덥밥 Eggplant Dupbap Rice Bowl (GF, DF, V-A)

Mixed grain (white and black) rice topped with some saucy sautéed eggplant and ground pork. Not spicy! Vegetarian option available without the pork. 

REHEATING RECOMMENDATION 
Microwave great here, or mix it up and warm in a pan over stovetop.
