A traditional New Year's Day dish- sliced rice cakes in a beef broth. Garnished with beef, eggs, scallion, and seaweed. This dish will be delivered uncooked with cooking instructions.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse and drain rice cakes. In a pot, bring broth to a boil. Once boiling, add rice cakes and cook on med-high until rice cakes are soft & chewy. Ladle into bowl and garnish with remaining ingredients.
